- The Cashback claim is calculated as 3% of all real money losses. Real money losses are; all real money bets minus real money wins on a certain day.
- In order to qualify to receive the Cashback claim the player must sustain a total of at least £5 in real money losses.
- The maximum cashback claim granted to a player in relation to any Determination Period shall be capped at £100.
- The Promotion runs every day. The time frame that determines the amount of the cashback is from 00:00 until 23:59 of the previous day. Meaning the cashback can be claimed the following day of sustaining real money losses. (the "Determination Period").
- Players that are eligible to receive daily cash back must claim the cashback from “My Rewards” within 24 hours of being granted. Meaning, until 23:59 the next day.
- If a player does not claim his/her cashback claim during the Determination Period immediately following the Determination Period in which the relevant cashback claim was generated, he/she will lose the cashback claim bonus generated.
- The cashback claim will be granted in real money funds.
- Withdrawing funds: For further information on how you can withdraw funds from your account, please see our ”Withdrawal Policy”. UK only – your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply.
- Please Note: Real money funds will always be used before bonus funds.
- The Company may alter these terms and conditions, including without limitation where required for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond the Company's control or as a result of changes to applicable law or regulation.
